I would like to sincerely thank the team at Clinic Agatas for their top-notch care and professionalism. After a long and very severe back pain, I finally received real help here. The entire team was very caring, kind and professional from the first minute. The surgery went smoothly, the doctors explained everything clearly, and the care after the surgery was simply first-class. The clinic is very modern, incredibly clean, and the staff is always ready to help and reassure. The biggest difference I felt was that they not only treat the problem, but also truly care about the person. I felt much better after the surgery than before it. I am very grateful to the entire team at Clinic Agatas for the help, professionalism and humanity they provided. I definitely recommend them to anyone with spine or nerve problems. Thank you again ❤️

I had spinal surgery, everyone took care of me and did it incredibly well, I was very, very satisfied with everything and impressed with the top-level service and the wonderful team! You are an example to everyone around you! Wonderful, smart and warm people!!!!

I want to give the best feedback to B. Špakauskas, who operated on me!! I had a microdiscectomy performed at the Agatas Clinic in Kaunas. As for the staff, they are wonderful! Very helpful!! Almost every hour or even less they come to ask if everything is okay, if you want snacks, coffee, tea! The food is wonderful, you can choose what you want to eat! In the morning there is a doctor's visit, everyone is very kind and asks about everything! I also got to talk to the manager. All the people working there are crazy wonderful! Kap family. Thank you for everything. The terrible pain is gone.. only the surgery site needs time to heal!

I do not recommend it. The clinic left a very bad impression. I went to the pain clinic for chronic leg pain, but instead of real help, I experienced indifferent communication, superficial consultations, and a complete lack of a treatment plan. During the visits (with B. Špakauskas, D. Stuka, L. Šalčiūnaitė-Nikonova, A. Mažeikaitė-Banevičienė, A. Kinderytė), the doctors performed the examinations very indifferently. No clear diagnosis was provided, further actions and treatment alternatives were not explained. The same procedures were repeated, although I clearly informed them that they had already been performed before and had no effect. Information about the ineffectiveness of the drugs was also ignored. The communication of one doctor was rude and disrespectful. Consultations and worthless procedures cost hundreds, and the clinic shies away from any responsibility - such is the business of private clinics in Lithuania these days. When I filed an official complaint with the clinic for compensation, I received only a superficial, indifferent response, of course I did not receive compensation. The clinic ONLY defends its own interests and those of its doctors. Basically, it was suggested that „if you want, take legal action.“ The clinic publicly declares attention to the patient, but you will not find empathy, listening, and professionalism here. I personally do not recommend it, especially to people suffering from chronic pain and looking for REAL help.

We would like to thank the doctor, neurosurgeon B. Špakauskas, on behalf of my father and myself. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the clinic staff who took care of my father after the operation! My father was very satisfied with both the doctor's professionalism and human care, not every doctor cares and looks after his patients as sincerely as doctor B. Špakauskas. My father had a spine operation. My highest recommendations to you! The care is of the highest level, the food is amazing. The cleanliness in the clinic is meticulous. Which, I think, is really very important after the operation. The staff, when my father said: he has never seen anything more wonderful, went to the ward many times to ask if it hurts or what is missing or what to give, and came to talk. The clinic is quiet, there is no noise. No outsiders are allowed in. Knowing my father well, I know that he has very strong opinions and does not say good words about hospitals or doctors unnecessarily. Especially when my dad went to all the clinics in Vilnius, all the neurosurgeons, and we had really unpleasant experiences.. This clinic deserves to be written about, only good reviews! He is a doctor of exceptional professionalism, the highest internal culture, exceptional attentiveness and human warmth. I would like to thank MD, PhD, anesthesiologist G. Banevičius, neurosurgeon D. Stukas, and the gray cardinals of the operating room for the excellently performed spinal surgery and the joy of living that was restored.
