I decided to choose doctor’s profession in my youth, and already then I knew that I would seek a surgeon’s specialty. Spine pathology has fascinated me since the beginning of medical studies. As a second-year medical student, I was working in a clinic where I applied conservative measures to treat back pain (manual therapy, therapeutic massages, exercise). Therefore, finishing my medical education, I firmly and confidently chose this difficult yet highly beloved profession of spine neurosurgery.
Every person experiences back pain at one or another stage of life, which results the quality of life and working capacity. So it’s very important to know how to help people with spinal problems. I constantly improve my knowledge with the latest medical methods, participate in trainings and conferences in different countries. My main goal is to help patients to live a good and productive life.
