Stretching helps increase blood flow to these tissues, providing nutrients and improving spinal joint flexibility. Try these stretches before starting work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gentle forward bends,<\/li>\n<li>Side neck stretches,<\/li>\n<li>Shoulder rotations,<\/li>\n<li>Hamstring stretches,<\/li>\n<li>Hip flexor stretches (especially to support the lower back).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Avoid Excess Strain on One Part of the Body<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Repeatedly performing the same movements can strain the lower or upper back \u2014 the two most common areas for back pain. Don\u2019t continue working through the pain to complete tasks, as this can damage intervertebral discs or irritate spinal nerves.
