Irregular eating, frequent snacking (especially on fast food), and excessive consumption of refined carbohydrates harm our health. It\u2019s often forgotten that a healthy lifestyle and proper diet account for 50% of our health.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s worth paying closer attention to how you or those around you are feeling and noticing the body\u2019s signals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>poor concentration;<\/li>\n<li>slowed thinking;<\/li>\n<li>chronic fatigue;<\/li>\n<li>weakness;<\/li>\n<li>weight gain;<\/li>\n<li>headaches\/stomach aches;<\/li>\n<li>increased stomach acidity;<\/li>\n<li>constipation\/diarrhea;<\/li>\n<li>high blood pressure;<\/li>\n<li>sleep disorders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are important signals that may indicate potential illness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Balanced Diet: The First Step Towards Great Well-being<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For someone to feel good and have enough energy for daily activities, a balanced diet and individually appropriate physical activity are essential. This schedule is characterized by regular meal frequency and distribution throughout the day. So how often should we eat to feel energized?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A healthy adult should eat 3\u20135 times a day, ideally at least 3 or 4 times a day.<\/li>\n<li>For individuals with digestive issues (such as acid reflux symptoms), eating more frequently, around 5 times a day, is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>The first meal should be within 3 hours of waking up, with the last meal by 7\u20138 PM.<\/li>\n<li>Eating slowly, chewing food thoroughly, and taking about 15 minutes per meal is ideal.
